This Privacy Policy explains how Altivio Technologies Private Limited (“Altivio”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit altivio.tech or contact us through it. We keep the data we collect to a minimum and use it only to respond to you and to run the website.
1. Who we are
Altivio Technologies Private Limited is a company registered in India (CIN: U72900GJ2019PTC108548).

For the personal data described in this policy, Altivio is the data controller (under GDPR and the Swiss FADP) and the data fiduciary (under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the message you write.
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city or country), device type and browser. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. When you use our contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your IP address and browser signals to confirm you are not a bot. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to include it in your message.
3. How and why we use your data

Under the DPDP Act, we process contact form data because you have voluntarily provided it for the purpose of contacting us, and analytics data on the basis of your consent.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for automated decision making, or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is handled only by Altivio staff who need it to respond to you. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under contract:
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365): email delivery and storage of enquiries
- Google (Google Analytics 4): website analytics, only if you consent
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): protects our contact form from spam and bots. It checks technical signals such as your IP address and browser when you use the form, and does not track you across websites
- Our hosting infrastructure: the website runs on servers operated by Altivio in India
We may disclose data if required by law, a court order or a government authority. We do not share enquiry data with any other company, including our partners.
5. International transfers
Our website is hosted in India. Microsoft, Google and Cloudflare may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where data from the EU, UK or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 24 months from your last contact with us. If you become a client, we keep the data for as long as our contract and legal obligations require.
- Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it automatically.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct or update it
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive a copy in a portable format
- withdraw your consent, for example to analytics cookies, at any time
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity (DPDP Act)
California and other US states: you have the right to know what personal data we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India, an EU supervisory authority or the Swiss FDPIC.
8. Security
We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular updates to our systems. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
9. Children
Our website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites, such as our partners or social media pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and we recommend reading their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.
